More about the Flow – The Extra Mile

A year that ends or begins is a time for reflection, for reviewing past learnings and for intending the path of the 12 months to come.

At the Extra Mile, it was not different, with a World Café Session facilitated by Fiona Mc Bride, @fionamcbride, and organised by Patrick Ballin, Founder of The Extra Mile, a learn & share network of independant practitioners in London and Sussex.

Our conversations inspired the following poem:

It is more about the flow,
The dream at the beginning
And the letting go
Of the want, the should, the need,
A fixation on the end.

Let us enjoy the journey,
The process of the year,
The days, the hours.
Let us intend and then
